These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.argonettes.com) and the services we provide, including laser shows, dance performances, event planning, Argon Academy, and laser safety consultation.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Offered

Argonettes provides the following services:

Professional laser shows
Dance performances
Event planning
Argon Academy (training and education)
Laser safety consultation

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of:

A signed Argonettes official quotation.
A 50% deposit.
A check payable to Timothy Bennett for the remaining 50% balance, dated the day of the show.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations are allowed under the following conditions:

Full Refund: If cancellation occurs before any work has started on the show production (including client meetings).
Partial Refund: If cancellation occurs after work has begun, refunds will be issued as follows:
- 21 days before the show: 75% refund
- 14 days before the show: 50% refund
- 7 days before the show: 25% refund
- 3 days before the show: 0% refund

Note: Any third-party costs and work already carried out must be paid in full before issuing a refund.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our website or services, you agree to the following:

Do not engage in spamming, hacking, or any unauthorized use of our website.
Do not download, copy, or use any photos, videos, or other content from our website without written permission from Timothy Bennett.
Use our website and services only for lawful purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Argonettes website, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and logos, is the property of Argonettes and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Argonettes and its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

The use or inability to use our website or services.
Any errors or omissions in the content of our website.
Any third-party actions or events beyond our control.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website/services shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.

8. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in accordance with the terms outlined in Section 2 (Services Offered) and Section 3 (Cancellation and Refund Policy).

Failure to comply with payment terms may result in the cancellation of services.

No work will begin until the deposit and signed confirmation are received by Argonettes
